How a project runs

1. WalkthroughThe work gets measured and looked at in person. Questions get asked before numbers do.
2. Written proposalA fixed price and the full scope, line by line, sent as a private page.
3. DepositDates are locked the same day and materials are purchased. The price does not move after this.
4. The workOne project at a time. Anything found behind a wall is priced in writing before it goes further.
5. Final walkthroughThe finished work is reviewed together, the balance is due, and a written receipt follows.
